The standard, reliability and general worthiness of tradesmen we have used in recent years has been shoddy at best, we seldom get good service, a good price and a good job, never mind all three, so it was a pleasant surprise recently when our water heater started blowing the fuse that Wayne Arnett from Arnett Electrical, came out, figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, and came back and fixed it, all for less than the cost of the call out charge of the other electricians we had contacted. He kept us informed from start to finish, and would not accept payment until ringing back a few days later to ensure we were happy with the job. Inappropriate Parking
There’s been a few emails lately (we don’t get a lot anymore) about inappropriate parking, and how there does not seem to be any enforcement anymore. The parking enforcement is run by http://www.citypermits.co.uk/ and they can be contacted on enquiries@citypermits.co.uk. If you are suffering from inappropriate parking, email them while it is happening, in the hope that they will come out and ticket the car – profit for them, and hopefully more appropriate parking will become the norm again as a result.
