Final Draft Agenda
Below is the final draft agenda, if you don’t email anything that is not on it, in the next 6 or 7 hours or so, it will not be raised at the meeting. If you are intending on coming to the meeting, please note that anything not on the agenda can be brought up at the end of the meeting in AOB, but by this time, most people are more interested in leaving than having further discussion, so ensure any items are on the agenda, even if you are attending.
If you are attending, be in the Management Suite for a 7pm start.
· Cleaning/Litter
o Cigarette ends, littler, news papers, shoes, items of clothing, steps to the canal are a right state, etc
o Car park is still in a state
o Communal areas are still not great in terms of cleaning. Especially lifts
o Lift entrance in Bonaire is in poor condition and needs resealing, the lift also smells.
o Bonaire carpet tiles dirty and smelly.
o Dumping of furniture, erect signs warning of CCTV, and what the penalties/alternatives are.
o Smoking/litter in communal areas
· Maintenance
o Missing bulbs inside and out
o Knocked down wall
o Carpet tiles/ Mats for lift areas
o Window cleaning
o Broken pipes in car park, leaking
o Piazza entrances don’t close properly
o Bonaire progress
o Part/Full time caretaker?
· Security
o Every bike shed broken in to and bikes stolen (reiterates need for swipe out, but what where security doing)?
o People entering,
1. Challenged by security but let in anyway, knocking on doors pretending to be police
2. Fliers through doors every day
o in Elba and another occupier has been switching off the power to the fire windows at the end of the corridor which enables this window to be left propped open and allows their friends to enter the building this way when they are having parties
o Video entrance system, has it ever worked?
o Police
o Fire safety
1. Notices now placed on the communal boards confirming test procedures and confirming exit routes - that is some progress.
2. Voids in the riser cupboards
3. The fire doors in basements needs shaving to ensure it doesn't stick open
4. Door to the stairwell on 6th floor of Faroe needs adjusting to make it fully close.

o Fire windows being left open

o Motorbikes in car park – are they allowed, are they regulated?
