Security Guards / Parking Available / Monks Bridge Noise
Firstly, apologies for the lack of activity lately. Everyone involved with CIRG has been maxed out with other commitments.
Security Guards
I queried what the security guards are expected to do, and Accent provided the information below. If you are being disturbed by noise, insist that security at least go around to the apartment. Any complaints about the security guards let us know, if they are not up to scratch Accent will replace the with another company.
In a nutshell the guards are responsible for ensuring that City Island is secure in terms of access, entry and a safe place for residents to be. In this they should be active and responsive but to some extent they are passive when it comes to other management issues. However, I would expect that if they have been advised of disturbance or anti social behaviour occurring during their contracted hours they should act by at least going to the property concerned and assessing the situation for themselves. I would consider noise/disturbance to be a security issue.

Monks Bridge Noise
The site manager insists they are still working to the hours agreed with CIRG, as below. If this is not the case, can you please start recording when you are being disturbed and by what kind of noise/machines. We can then go back to him with firmer claims. Also, don’t forget that the Green Bank development has started, so ensure you know which site the noise is coming from.
· A start time for noisy activities of 08:00 and no earlier.
· An approximate finish time of 17:00
· No work on a Sunday or bank holidays
