1st Meeting

Just to let you know that a first closed meeting will be held with the management company tomorrow with four (or maybe more) Residents Group members and two representatives from Accent Property Solutions, along with Tony the concierge, and possibly an estate agent representative.

It was not possible to make this meeting open to all, due to not having a venue that could accommodate so many people. However, during this meeting we will arrange an open meeting that everyone can attend at a suitable venue in the near future.

The agenda is as detailed below, and is basically just headings from all the problems and issues you have emailed us, so it should contain everything you have mentioned, if you think it does not, let us know as soon as you can.

We will report back on the meeting as soon as time permits.
